THE CHEF ALI METHOD: NATIONWIDE GROUP SESSION is a virtual 4-week cooking course with Chef Ali (Alison Caldwell) geared towards creating healthy eating and cooking habits that kids will love to learn. Chef Ali’s guided program inspires kids to discover, taste, and explore. Family meal challenges, scavenger hunts, and grocery shopping trips are all a part of the plan! The approach is a holistic, all hands-on deck, journey that sparks lifelong and lasting smart food choices via cooking, food knowledge, exposure, and family kitchen connection. √ Kids meet in a nationwide virtual group setting once a week via Zoom for 4 weeks for 90 minutes with Chef Ali from your own kitchen. Adult Participation required.*

√ Sessions start with a chat-&-prep and end with delicious completed recipes your kids will love and take pride in, the natural step to getting them eating all things healthy food!!

√ Each week builds on the last as we cook and learn about ingredients, nutrients, and healthy habits, all while acquiring safe and professional kitchen skills.

√ Outside of our live sessions, kids partake in weekly fun food challenges like scavenger hunts, taste-testing exploration, and weekly fun recipes to do on their own as a family.

Foodventure Workbook! The Chef Ali Method 4-week workbook with fun-for-kids challenges, scavenger hunts, and recipes will be emailed for you to print each week.
